Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, cost estimates, and deliverables.
- Create and administer project plans and schedules in MS Project.
- Communicate directly with customers to align timing plans, share schedule risk information, and escalate critical issues.
- Drive engineering and manufacturing activities through launch, focusing on critical path tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and link objectives are met.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to identify, understand, and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality, and reliability.
- Drive actions as required to meet project goals.
- Follow a project within the scope of work, on time, and on budget.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Obtain quotes from riggers, contractors and manage completion of work (Mechanical, Rigging, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Civil).
- Drive resolution of project concerns related to engineering, performance, cost, timing, manufacturing, supply base, etc.
- Interface with the customer, contractors, and the Link team during project installations in the field.
- Quadrants 2‑3 of the complexity‑volume matrix (relatively higher number of projects, field installations, and increasing complexity).
- Participate in pre‑project planning and field scope definition for sales quotation development.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
- All other related duties as assigned.
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant project experience in the equipment build and installation industry.
- Solid business and financial acumen to keep project within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well with a team.
- Familiarity with machine installation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Skilled listening ability to fully understand the scope and issues within a project.
- Strong technical background and working familiarity of electrical, mechanical, and software integration preferred.
- Ability to speak verbally, and read in English.
- Ability to walk.
- Ability to see with corrective lenses.
- Ability to hear.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand‑eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
- Normal hazards related to working in an office environment.
- Normal hazards related to working in a manufacturing and testing environment.
- Normal hazards related to road and air travel.
