• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, cost estimates, and deliverables.
• Create and administer project plans and schedules in MS Project.
• Communicate directly with customers to align timing plans, share schedule risk information, and escalate critical issues.
• Drive engineering and manufacturing activities through launch, focusing on critical path tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and link objectives are met.
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to identify, understand, and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality, and reliability.
• Drive actions as required to meet project goals.
• Follow a project within the scope of work, on time, and on budget.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Obtain quotes from riggers, contractors and manage completion of work (Mechanical, Rigging, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Civil).
• Drive resolution of project concerns related to engineering, performance, cost, timing, manufacturing, supply base, etc.
• Interface with the customer, contractors, and the Link team during project installations in the field.
• Quadrants 2‑3 of the complexity‑volume matrix (relatively higher number of projects, field installations, and increasing complexity).
• Participate in pre‑project planning and field scope definition for sales quotation development.
• Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
• All other related duties as assigned.
• Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant project experience in the equipment build and installation industry.

• Solid business and financial acumen to keep project within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well with a team.
• Familiarity with machine installation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Skilled listening ability to fully understand the scope and issues within a project.
• Strong technical background and working familiarity of electrical, mechanical, and software integration preferred.

• Ability to speak verbally, and read in English.
• Ability to walk.
• Ability to see with corrective lenses.
• Ability to hear.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand‑eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
• Normal hazards related to working in an office environment.
• Normal hazards related to working in a manufacturing and testing environment.
• Normal hazards related to road and air travel.
