Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Process Technicians to support plant objectives and foster employee growth
Drive operational excellence by improving OLE, downtime, scrap, time ratio, and overall manufacturing performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Manage engineering projects, including equipment launches, automation, tooling, and capital investments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues, manage escalations, and support daily production operations
Ensure compliance with engineering standards by overseeing PFMEA activities, BOM audits, process documentation, and standardized work
Translate plant strategy into actionable engineering plans while identifying operational risks, driving accountability, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership
This is what you bring to us:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with approximately 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience and prior leadership experience
Proven experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment while driving accountability, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs, robotics, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience managing engineering projects, capital investments, PFMEA activities, BOM audits, process documentation, and production performance metrics
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with experience using SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems preferred
