Engineering Pay Range: ($93.254,24 - $133,220) Target Bonus: 10,0% Req
- Create source code for PC base industrial control systems.
- Design and program PLC logic for custom machinery (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Develop HMI interfaces for operator interaction.
- Test and debug control programs to ensure reliability.
- Integrate motion control systems, sensors, and safety devices.
- Support on-site installation and commissioning of programmed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues during build and post-installation phases.
- Maintain software documentation and version control.
- Coordinate with contractors during installation for programming adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Proficiency in Rockwell Studio 5000 and Factory Talk View, or Siemens TIA Portal.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, Modbus, ProfiNET).
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Travel: 30% - 50%.
- Experience with robotics and motion control programming.
- Familiarity with safety PLCs and advanced diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple programming tasks.
