We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Chassis to support early-stage vehicle development programs. The engineer will be responsible for mechanical concept development, CAD design, packaging, and engineering problem solving for chassis components and systems.

• Develop mechanical concepts and designs for automotive chassis components.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using CATIA
  .
• Support early-stage vehicle architecture and chassis packaging.
• Perform clearance, interface, tolerance, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with vehicle dynamics, body, manufacturing, supplier, and packaging teams.
• Support DFM/DFA and design validation activities.
• Identify and resolve design and packaging conflicts.
• Support prototype and development builds.
• Present technical solutions to cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive chassis/mechanical design experience.
• Strong CATIA V5/V6 experience.
• Experience with automotive chassis components.
• Strong understanding of vehicle packaging and mechanical design.
• Experience in early/conceptual vehicle development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Commercial vehicle experience.
• EV experience.
• Startup or fast-paced environment.
• GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• DFM/DFA experience.
