We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Thermal to support early-stage automotive thermal system development. The engineer will be responsible for developing mechanical concepts, packaging solutions, and detailed designs for thermal components and systems using CATIA
.

• Develop mechanical concepts for automotive thermal components and systems.
• Design brackets, housings, ducts, supports, thermal components, and related assemblies.
• Develop 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using CATIA
  .
• Support vehicle-level thermal packaging and architecture studies.
• Evaluate component interfaces, clearances, mounting strategies, and serviceability.
• Collaborate with thermal, electrical, vehicle architecture, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
• Support DFM/DFA and design validation activities.
• Participate in technical design reviews and resolve engineering issues.
• Support prototype builds and early vehicle development programs.
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of automotive engineering/design experience.
• Strong CATIA experience.
• Experience with automotive thermal systems or components.
• Experience with early-stage/conceptual development.
• Strong mechanical design and packaging knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• EV or electrified vehicle experience.
• Commercial vehicle experience.
• Startup/fast-paced engineering environment.
• Experience with cooling systems, HVAC, battery thermal management, or powertrain thermal systems.
