Zollege is seeking a Part‑Time Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team at Detroit Medical Assistant School – Plymouth.

You’ll inspire future healthcare professionals by combining medical expertise with mentorship. Instructors conduct classes primarily on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 6:15 pm (some locations offer weekday evenings). The 18‑week program takes place in a real‑world clinical setting.

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the curriculum and lab stations.
• Demonstrate medical skills and procedures; assist students with hands‑on practice.
• Evaluate individual and group performance, adjusting instruction to meet learning needs.
• Enforce classroom management and safety protocols.
• Convey curriculum through lectures and demonstrations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 + years (including months) as a medical assistant or related role.
• Certification: CMA, RMA, or CCMA.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills (email, print, scan, Wi‑Fi, etc.).
• Passion for helping others achieve goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to commute to Plymouth.

• BC/BE and CPR Certification.

Part‑time, In‑person

$26.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

5 years in medical assisting (required).
