Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The BCBA will oversee and implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs tailored to individual needs, conduct functional assessments, and design behavior intervention plans. Additional responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, collaborating with families to provide parent education, and monitoring the progress of clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
The BCBA will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a supportive environment for caregivers and clients.
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong skills in designing and implementing Behavior Management strategies
- Experience providing Parent Education and supporting caregivers
- Knowledge in Psychology and developmental disabilities
- Active BCBA certification and compliance with all state regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required
- Experience in an autism therapy or special education setting is a plus
