Remedi Senior Care is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location:

On site at our closed-door pharmacy (14700 Helm Ct, Plymouth, MI 48170)

Salary range: $18-$20/hour plus $.50/hr weekday shift differential and $1.00/hr weekend shift differential

Schedule:

2nd shift: 1pm-9:30pm Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi Senior Care, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi Senior Care Framework/ Docu Track pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

• Efficient order entry and follow-up
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Must work with urgency and timeliness

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required

• Order entry experience
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
