Behavioral Technician

We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Technician for our on-site location in Plymouth, MI. The Behavioral Technician will focus on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support individuals with autism. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the development and execution of behavioral intervention plans, working one-on-one with clients, collecting data, and collaborating with a team of professionals to monitor and promote client progress.

This role plays a vital part in improving the lives of our clients by fostering skill development and positive behavioral change.

• Knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Proficiency in implementing Behavioral Intervention techniques
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Psychology or experience in a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and obtain certification (e.g., RBT Certification)
