* Define and manage the strategic roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
* Building and scaling enterprise Data Hubs.
* Managing AI use cases from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.
* Delivering digitalization projects such as new software tools and front-end solutions.
* Apply agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and ensure iterative, value-driven delivery.
* Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
* Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and engagement.
* Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across teams.
* Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, even without direct authority.#

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related
* 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management, ideally in digital, data, or AI-related domains.
* Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in agile environments (e.g. Scrum).
* Strong understanding of data architecture, AI/ML lifecycle, and digital product development.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
* Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or enterprise-scale digital transformation is a plus.
* Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change.
