The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, technology-driven initiatives across transportation. This role will work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end delivery of technical logistics projects, including system integrations, and platform enhancements

Manage API and EDI integrations between internal systems, shippers, carriers, and 3PL partners

Create and maintain detailed project plans, including technical milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation

Oversee data mapping, transformation logic, and validation for system integrations

Coordinate testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployments

Monitor system performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement

Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies

Ensure proper documentation of workflows, system architecture, and integration points

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent related experience5+ years of project management, transportation or 3

PL Maintain thorough knowledge of best practices for data security, cloud security, identity and access management, application security, network security / architecture and cyber resilience.

Industry certifications are desirable

Strong understanding of supply chain operations (dispatch, routing, freight brokerage, fleet operations)

Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Preferred

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification

Experience with EDI standards and logistics messaging

Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools

Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems
