Azure IaaS Specialist/Admin (L2 Level)

Azure IaaS Specialist/Admin at the L2 level who will assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of our Azure infrastructure services.

The candidate will provide critical support and maintenance to ensure the stability and performance of our Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Support:
  • Provide L2 support for Azure IaaS services, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to virtual machines, networks, and storage.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in resource optimization efforts.
  • Automation and Scripts:
  • Use Power Shell or Azure CLI to automate routine tasks and streamline operational procedures.
  • Assist in deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Azure Resource Manager templates.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for IaaS resources, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in conducting regular security assessments and audits.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
  • Prepare reports on infrastructure performance and provide suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing Azure IaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and proficiency in scripting with Power Shell.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Azure IaaS Specialist/Admin (L3 Level)

Require a highly skilled Azure IaaS Specialist/Admin at the L3 level to lead the architecture, implementation, and high-level support of our Azure infrastructure services.

The role involves handling complex issues, optimizing infrastructure, and providing strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Infrastructure Management:
  • Design and implement complex Azure IaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution for high-level technical issues.
  • Expertise in Automation:
  • Develop advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using ARM templates, Power Shell, and Terraform.
  • Lead the integration of Dev Ops practices within the infrastructure management process.
  • Security and Audit Compliance:
  • Lead initiatives on infrastructure security and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct detailed security audits and respond to emerging security threats.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide expert guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Azure IaaS environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure services, networking, and experience in scripting and automation.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Additional advanced Azure certifications are a plus.
