IT Analyst; HRIS

Responsibilities

• Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits system projects and related production support.
• Configure, design, test, and implement new and existing technologies.
• Act as a business partner and HRIS subject matter expert to support global business needs.
• Provide functional expertise and project support for Workday benefits and payroll systems.
• Configure and support systems to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead change management processes for all changes to production systems.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and third‑party benefits providers.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across systems.
• Apply strong understanding of data flows, file layouts, and reconciliation processes between internal and external systems.
• Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects.
• Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library.
• Learn new functions, train, and teach other application users.

• Bachelor’s Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Workday system support experience.
• Workday Benefits and Payroll experience in a cloud‑based solution.
• HRIS design, configuration, and testing experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills to manage projects and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability and desire to work in‑person at our Plymouth, MI location.
