Overview
National legal services benefit plan seeks a part-time staff attorney (20-25 hours/week) for our Social Security Disability Department located in Wayne, MI. Our practice provides Social Security Disability representation to eligible active and retired Legal Services Plan members. Emphasis in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals. Hybrid work arrangement. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Michigan. Cover letter, resume, writing sample, and references required.
Responsibilities- Provide Social Security Disability representation to eligible members.
- Focus on Social Security Disability hearings and appeals.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Part-time schedule (20-25 hours/week).
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- Location:
Wayne, MI (Southeast, MI area). - Pay: $35.10 per hour.
