Job Summary
Mac Lean-Fogg is hiring a Supply Chain Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process within the plant, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics. By coordinating activities across various functions, the supervisor aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $95,000-$105,000 per year

Supervise a team responsible for coordinating the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products within the supply chain.
Administer strategies to optimize organizational inventory levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing carrying costs.
Analyze historical data to forecast demand and predict inventory needs, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, facilitating the purchase of materials and submitting purchase orders to ensure a continuous supply of goods.
Work collaboratively with all departments to support business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Assess existing supply chain processes and implement changes to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency and performance.
Document and manage the performance of supply chain staff, reporting on key performance indicators to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the logistics of moving materials and products to ensure timely delivery and alignment with production schedules and customer expectations.
Perform all other duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's
Experience: Experience making personnel decisions and managing both hourly and salary staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Proficient interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships
Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement
Thorough organizational skills and attention to detail
