Assistant Director of Nursing

Medi Lodge seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this role, you will supervise and mentor nursing staff, oversee resident assessments and care plans, and help ensure accurate, timely documentation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate post-acute recovery and long-term care, support scheduling and staff development, and maintain regulatory compliance.
