Job Duties And Responsibilities- Deliver an elevated, refined dining experience through anticipatory service, polished presentation, and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of steak cuts, preparation methods, seafood offerings, seasonal features, and culinary techniques
- Provide confident and articulate guidance on wine selections, craft cocktails, and pairings to enhance the guest dining experience
- Execute precise order entry and coordinate seamlessly with culinary and bar teams to ensure flawless timing and course progression
- Maintain awareness of table pacing, ensuring a smooth and intentional flow from amuse to dessert
- Present and describe dishes with professionalism and accuracy, highlighting quality, sourcing, and preparation
- Anticipate guest needs before they arise, maintaining table maintenance standards including water service, crumb clearing, and polished reset
- Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and personal presentation reflective of a luxury dining environment
- Process payments accurately and discreetly, ensuring a seamless conclusion to the guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards in accordance with state and company regulations
- Support team members to ensure consistent service excellence across the dining room
- Contribute to a culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and elevated hospitality
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year serving experience in upscale or fine dining environment strongly preferred
- Wine knowledge or previous wine service experience preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification required (TIPS or equivalent)
