- Deliver a warm, engaging, and authentic Irish pub experience to every guest through attentive and personable service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipe standards, presentation guidelines, and responsible service practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge of craft cocktails, draft systems, Irish whiskey, beer profiles, and menu offerings to confidently guide guest selections.
- Maintain full ownership of the bar top experience including greeting, beverage preparation, food order input, and check settlement.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely coordination with the kitchen to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience.
- Monitor bar presentation and cleanliness at all times, maintaining a polished, inviting, and energetic atmosphere.
- Manage bar inventory levels, garnish preparation, and stock replenishment throughout service.
- Uphold all state and local alcohol laws and company responsible beverage service standards.
- Support the service team during peak periods by assisting with running food, clearing glassware, and maintaining flow of service.
- Contribute to a team culture rooted in camaraderie, accountability, and hospitality excellence.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall pub operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year bartending experience in a high‑volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Valid alcohol awareness certification required (TIPS or equivalent).
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Experience with draft beer systems and craft cocktail preparation strongly preferred.
