• Carefully shop customer orders using our digital platform to ensure accuracy, freshness, and quality.
• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude at curbside pickup.
• Deliver orders efficiently, verifying items and processing payments when needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling products.
• Keep the staging and pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with questions or concerns.
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy or fast-paced periods.
• Support other store areas as needed to ensure excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfort using mobile technology and digital tools.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move product safely during your shift.
• Commitment to teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
