National Sales Manager - Fleet Solutions

This role is pivotal in crafting and executing sales strategies that boost revenue, maximize market reach, and elevate customer engagement. A deep understanding of the fleet industry, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, is essential for delivering customized solutions that cater to our customers' needs.

• Manage 5 Fleet Account Executives through the U.S. (prior Fleet Sales experience required)
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet annual revenue and margin targets within the U.S.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of fleet sales representatives, providing them with the necessary tools and training for success.
• Foster strong relationships with key fleet customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and offer constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions and align promotional activities and product launches.
• Oversee the fleet sales process from quote acquisition to the delivery of upfitted vehicles.
• Stay informed about the company's products and services
• Must be local or willing to relocate.
• Travel 25-50%.

• Required:
  • 5 years of experience in sales or fleet management within the automotive industry or a related field, with a history of successful leadership and business achievements.
  • Strong grasp of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
• Experience with data analysis tools to derive actionable insights from sales performance metrics.
