We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with clients, provide tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to our agency's continued growth and success. - Base salary of $40,000 per year

- Sell insurance products that meet client needs and agency goals
- Cross-sell policies to maximize client protection and revenue opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and consistent communication
- Actively pursue new business and generate leads to grow the agency's book
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
- Prior sales experience (insurance background preferred but not required)
- An active Property and Casualty license is required before starting
