You support our team as
Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, providing responsive and professional support throughout the sales process.
- Manage the inquiry-to-order process, ensuring customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently from initial contact through order placement.
- Prepare and maintain customer quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documentation that support business growth.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales data within CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
- Support contract administration activities, including pricing agreements, commercial terms, and logistics-related documentation.
- Proactively follow up on quotations, sample requests, and new business opportunities to help drive revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, technical sales support, customer service, or another customer-facing business environment.
- Hands-on experience utilizing CRM, ERP, and business management systems to support commercial activities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactional activities accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities that help identify solutions and support informed business decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with engineering drawings, technical documentation, or aerospace industry requirements is a plus.
