Event Security Supervisor — Weekends - 5-Hour Guaranteed Shifts - Plymouth

Location: Plymouth, MI 48170

Liberty Security Group is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time
Event Security Supervisor to oversee security officers during events at a local Plymouth venue. The Supervisor will help maintain a safe environment while ensuring officers are performing their assigned duties.

• Supervise and monitor assigned security officers
• Coordinate officer assignments and breaks while maintaining coverage
• Monitor attendance, appearance, performance, and compliance with post orders
• Respond to incidents and provide direction to officers as needed
• Work with venue staff and local authorities when necessary
• Ensure required logs and incident reports are completed
• Report staffing, performance, attendance, and incident concerns to the Account Manager
• Maintain a professional presence and enforce company and venue policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous security experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Must pass a background check
