, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality installation services that meet client specifications and company standards. Your primary objective will be to accurately and efficiently install a variety of signage, graphics, and display products in diverse environments, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand installation requirements and provide expert advice on best practices.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential to maintain a safe work environment and achieve flawless installations. Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to enhancing the visual presence and branding impact for our clients, supporting the company’s reputation for excellence.

• Comfortable working in confined or enclosed spaces, following all safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physically capable of performing tasks in tight or restricted areas, including crawl spaces, utility access points, or interior sign installations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in installation work, preferably in signage, graphics, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and installation instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual labor for extended periods.

• Experience with vehicle wraps and large-format graphics installation.
• Familiarity with power tools and specialized installation equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and lighting installation.
• Strong customer service skills and experience working directly with clients.

• Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to prepare for each project.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials such as vinyl graphics, banners, signs, and other display products accurately on various surfaces.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations according to specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and account managers to schedule installations and address any on-site challenges or adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for.
• Inspect completed installations to verify quality and compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Accurately interpret installation plans and execute projects with precision, ensuring that all materials are applied correctly and securely.
• Physical dexterity and strength are essential for handling materials and tools safely while working in various environments, including elevated or confined spaces.
• Communication skills are used daily to coordinate with team members and clients, facilitating smooth project execution and timely problem resolution.

• Preferred skills such as knowledge of vehicle wraps and electrical components enhance the Installer’s versatility and ability to take on more complex projects. Overall, these skills combine to ensure high-quality installations that meet client expectations and uphold the company’s standards.
