- Compensation: $32+ (with the opportunity for additional compensation)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and pitch high-value, comprehensive solutions to customers,
- Install, maintain, and repair complex water and wastewater systems across residential, and commercial sites.
- Layout connections, install supports, and assemble valves with a focus on leak-free testing and code compliance.
- Ensure every job is perfectly sized, graded, and aligned to meet environmental and local plumbing standards.
- Stay in sync with dispatch, management, and the parts team to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Manage your mobile office (company truck), track inventory accurately, and breeze through digital paperwork.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
- A current Journeyman Plumber's License and a deep understanding of local Michigan plumbing codes.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing residential and commercial systems.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to solve complex problems and put customers at ease during "messy" situations.
- High integrity and a personal drive to sharpen your skills and improve every single day.
- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
