What You'll Do:

• Install carpet in residential homes with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Measure, cut, stretch, and secure carpet using industry-standard tools and techniques
• Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors as needed
• Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process
• Ensure every installation meets Floor Nation's quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous carpet installation experience required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
