In this hands‑on role, you'll help keep our equipment, vehicles, materials, and facilities organized, safe, and ready for our field crews. If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and contributing to a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Reporting to our Fleet Manager, you will:

• Abide by all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE for your safety

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Organize inventory, supplies, and parts

Review work orders and gather required materials and parts

Pull and prepare materials for field crews

Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory organization

Pick up and deliver parts, materials, vehicles, and equipment locally

Assist with cleaning, servicing, and preparing company vehicles and equipment

Complete basic facility maintenance, repairs, and daily cleanup tasks including lifting of heavy objects, loading and unloading of parts, and parts and trucks washing/assembly.

Assist superintendents, technicians and operators as needed

• Will abide by all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE for your safety
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A chauffer's license is required in Michigan. A CDL is a plus!
• Are willing to undergo a background check, MVR check, pre‑employment drug screen, and DOT physical for DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate

Have previous experience working in a shop, warehouse, fleet, construction, or industrial environment preferred

Are familiarity with inventory management and equipment handling

• Are willing to run errands as needed
• Are able and willing to work overtime and/or weekend as needed
• Have working knowledge technology including smartphones, tablets, digital communication tools, and data entry
• Have strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field crews

Must be able to carry and lift 50 lbs. of equipment and tools from vehicle to problem area several times per day (may involve stairs and/or ladders)

• Can complete all job tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
