• Meet with clients virtually and in-person, bringing your full expertise and authentic presence
• Integrate therapeutic modalities that honor the mind-body connection (somatic work, EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness practices—whatever serves the client's healing)
• Maintain a caseload of 20 clients per week (1,040 sessions annually)
• Allocate up to 30 working hours weekly, including sessions, admin, and team meetings

• Engage in weekly consultations with colleagues who genuinely care about your development
