Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own key month-end close processes including journal entries, accruals, payroll, depreciation, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead fixed asset and CAPEX accounting, partnering with site leadership to prepare and track capital expenditure proposals
• Support consolidated financial and operational reporting to ensure timely, accurate insights for leadership decision-making
• Partner with Internal and External Audit teams to prepare documentation, strengthen controls, and ensure GAAP compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase reporting accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience within manufacturing or operational environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and inventory/manufacturing accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; macros a plus) and experience working in ERP systems
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
