Salary: USD

Staff Accountant Opportunity
- Contract-to-Hire
- Salary up to 65K (DOE)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and WIP reports
- Manage construction billing through systems such as Procore and Textura
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare journal entries and job cost entries
- Process sales/use tax filings and support 1099 preparation
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payment activity
- Support year-end audits and CPA review processes
- Assist with AP, billing, and project accounting functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Experience with Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
