We are seeking a Senior Accountant – Construction to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and will play a key role in managing the accounting for the construction and maintenance portion of the business. You will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial results.

• Manage WIP process and month end journal entries related to construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate month end cutoff, customer billing, vendor invoice posting, project gain/fade reports, and manage monthly pipeline reports
• Foster strong working relationships with construction and maintenance operations team
• Drive month-end closing journal entry preparation and posting in ERP
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Drive balance sheet account reconciliation process
• Facilitate preparation construction and Maintenance related financial reporting that’s presented to PE ownership (Morgan Stanley)
• Drive Lease accounting process
• Assist with financial statement and insurance audit requests
• Other ad hoc analysis and projects when necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3+ years of relevant experience in public and/or private accounting; construction accounting preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to problem solve and work independently

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon Row Cal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
