Job SummaryThe Procurement Analyst is a key member of the Roers Companies team, responsible for maximizing value through the management and implementation of national account programs and the tracking of rebate opportunities that support financial performance. This role partners closely with the Senior Purchasing Manager, Construction Services, and Preconstruction teams to ensure program alignment and utilization throughout both preconstruction and active construction phases.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and driven to make a measurable impact on project and company success.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to achieve project and business metrics.
- Complete project closeout documentation for rebate programs which include but is not limited to, combining submittal information for collective project rebates.
- Support the implementation and management of national account programs across active and upcoming projects.
- Track and analyze rebate programs to forecast financial returns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchasing activities, contracts, and rebate submissions.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance with negotiated terms and maximize value for Roers Companies projects.
- Provide reporting and insights to project teams and leadership to inform decision-making and financial planning.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance purchasing processes and improve project efficiency.
- Stay informed on market trends, vendor relationships, and pricing structures to support competitive purchasing strategies.
- Assist in developing and refining purchasing tools, templates, and systems to improve consistency and transparency across projects.
- Uphold Roers Companies’ standards of quality, integrity, and collaboration in all purchasing-related activities.
- Perform other necessary functions as required or assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in construction, estimating, and/or project coordination, preferable in multifamily construction or similar environment.
Skills/Abilities:
- Computer skills:
Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. - Knowledge in Bluebeam and Procore preferred.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Have current knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment, including industry standards for selection, procurement, and installation management of such items.
