Sr. IT Staffing Business Development Executive

VITS Consulting, one of Minnesota s fastest-growing companies, is hiring an IT Sr. Business Development Executive with proven success in IT staffing sales and business development. This is a hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, expanding enterprise accounts, and delivering IT staffing and consulting solutions.

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts with MSAs / MSPs / SOW / Staff Augmentation.
• Build strong client relationships with hiring managers and executives.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top IT talent.
• Negotiate and close deals to exceed revenue targets.

• 5+ years of IT staffing sales or consulting services experience.
• Proven track record in new business development (hunting).
• Experience with staff augmentation and SOW/project-based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability.
