Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Buyer II to join their team. As a Buyer II, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, proactive problem‑solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Application linkWhat's the Job?- Manage purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
- Evaluate vendor quotes and services to identify the most desirable suppliers.
- Review pricing, lead times, and issue purchase orders within ERP systems such as SAP.
- Monitor inventory levels, address invoice issues, and participate in weekly status reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support raw materials, electronics, plastic tubing, labels, and more.
- Minimum of 2‑3+ years of direct materials purchasing experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- High School diploma required; BS degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
