Position OverviewAs a Demand & Supply Planner for the Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) business, you will manage the full cycle of demand forecasting, supply planning, and purchasing activities that directly support a key growth area of the business. You will use analytical insights and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure accurate forecasts, strong product availability, and optimized inventory performance. You will balance both demand and supply planning responsibilities while partnering closely with commercial, inventory, and operational teams.
This role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes through ownership of the planning process and data‑driven decision making.
- Leverage Blue Yonder to generate demand forecasts, align supply plans, and support effective planning execution
- Lead and communicate demand recommendations throughout the monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process
- Analyze forecast accuracy and demand trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Review and execute system‑recommended purchase quantities to support commercial growth
- Approve purchase orders, ensure on‑time delivery, and expedite orders as needed to achieve availability goals
- Apply fiscal discipline and risk management techniques to improve revenue, fill rate, backorder health, and inventory turns
- Partner with the Inventory Optimization Analyst to enhance segmentation and technology settings that improve availability and efficiency
- Identify supply risks and support development of mitigation plans
Perform additional responsibilities related to demand or supply planning as assigned

You manage time, resources, and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Blue Yonder preferred
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $69,000 to $90,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
