Program Administrator - Supply Chain

Description Make your mark at the world’s largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking Supply Chain Program Administrator! He or She will serve as the functional owner and primary administrator of corporate supply chain programs within our Central Operations organization to include but not limited to Supplier Claims, End-of-Life Components and Liquidated Damages. This impactful role is responsible for supporting programs that interact with our supply base through effective system administration, supplier enablement, cross-functional communication, and data integrity oversight.

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple corporate level supply chain programs
• Maintain and update supplier master data, ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Coordinate communication between suppliers and across multiple internal functional teams
• Act as a program content expert and offer first-line support for internal and external users
• Manage user roles and group communications to ensure correct users are informed
• Support testing, deployment, and communication of new functionality or configuration changes
• Monitor system usage and compliance to policies and processes
• Generate and distribute reports on supplier performance
• Identify and implement process enhancements within existing programs to improve efficiency, usability, and compliance
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional groups as needed to implement new programs, system integrations or advanced technical support

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ Years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing
• Proven organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including solid Excel skills
• Ability to drive to Plymouth, MN 3+ days per week when necessary
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
