True product management: commercial product leadership, go-to-market ownership, sales enablement, market analysis, competitive positioning, and direct responsibility for a product's business growth and adoption. NOT a Product Owner.

• Provide day-to-day product leadership, guidance, and mentorship to product managers, product owners, product evangelists, technical writers, and UX/UI partners.
• Act as the senior product escalation point for SEC solutions, supporting decision-making across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and commercialization efforts, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration.
• Drive product portfolio decisions based on business performance, market trends, and customer demand.
• Facilitate tradeoff decisions between investment, schedule, scope, and customer value.
• Ensure delivery schedules and development activities are coordinated across cross functional teams to release products on time and within budget.
• Participate in short- and long-term strategic planning for market direction and product vision.
• Support and facilitate the product development lifecycle (PDLC), ensuring customer and market needs are translated into compelling, market driven product solutions.
• Lead and support sales training and product knowledge efforts for internal teams and partners (distributors, VARs, integrators).
