Responsibilities
- Manage all processes and tools in support of field based trunk stock and customer consignment
- Develop and manage field inventory functions to support revenue, NPI process flows for multiple businesses
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve sales performance
- Coordinate and project manage cross function and division efforts to develop field inventory strategies
- Manage field inventory approval processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Support ongoing reporting and metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience, Healthcare preferred, in commercial sales operations
- Experience influencing and collaborating with senior level management
- Ability to communicate complex information
- Strong management skills
- Capability to develop talent
- Ability to balance business pressures with compliance requirements
