** Key Responsibilities*** ## Oversee repair and maintenance activities for company facilities throughout the assigned region.* ## Manage facility improvement and capital construction projects from planning through completion.* ## Supervise contractors and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.* ## Conduct regular visits to company locations to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.* ## Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to prioritize and complete projects.
* ## Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.* ## Develop and maintain positive working relationships with field operations and business partners.##
** Qualifications*** ## Experience in facilities management, construction, project management, or a related field preferred.* ## Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* ## Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.* ##
** Approximately 75% travel is required
