Key Responsibilities Project Data Management
- Maintain project controls data including cost reports,estimates,schedules, progress updates, and performance metrics across all disciplines and phases of execution.
- Assist with collecting project data from engineering, procurement,construction,commissioning and tenant fit-outteams.
- Ensure project documentation and reporting information are organized and maintained accurately.
- Support integration of project information across project management systems.
- Assistwithmaintainingproject schedules under the direction of the Project Controls Manager.
- Collect schedule updates from project team members and subcontractors.
- Support schedule status reporting and tracking of project milestones.
- Helpidentifypotential schedule risks or delays for review by project controls leadership.
- Assistwithmaintainingproject cost tracking tools including commitments, actual costs, and forecasts.
- Support invoice tracking, subcontractor cost updates, and purchase order monitoring.
- Help prepare cost reports and financial summaries for project leadership.
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly project performance reports.
- Assist with updating dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
- Track project progress against schedule milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain reporting templates and presentation materials for project leadership meetings.
- Assist with documentation and tracking of change orders and projectscopechanges.
- Support schedule and cost updates associated with approved changes.
- Maintain change logs and tracking registers.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and collect required project data.
- Assist with preparation of meeting reports and actionitemtracking.
- Support communication between project controls, project management, and construction teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or scheduling support.
- Experience in data
center, mission-critical, industrial, or commercial construction projects preferred
. - Experience supporting large construction projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or project scheduling tools preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Procore
. - Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI preferred.
- Experience with project management or cost tracking software is a plus.
