Tel Com Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our telecom construction team. You will operate and maintain specialized machinery for installing telecom infrastructure, while ensuring safety and reliability on every site.
You’ll participate in site safety analysis, set up temporary perimeters, and support loader/unloader tasks. This role requires readiness to work in various weather conditions and travel to multiple site locations within Minnesota and beyond.
