SummaryAn entry-level Service Coordinator role responsible for managing service activities, including work orders, small projects, maintenance requests, and warranty processes. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and service partners, ensuring timely issue resolution, high-quality service delivery, and accurate tracking of all activities. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours support.
Required/ Mandatory Skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work orders or service requests simultaneously
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience coordinating with customers, vendors, and service partners
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Familiarity with ticketing or service management systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
