What You'll DoAs a Service Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for customers, designers, installers, and office staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating calendars
- Working directly with clients throughout every phase of their project
- Communicating with field personnel, including installers and service technicians
- Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems
- Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments
- Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed
The ideal candidate will possess:
