• Planning and leading engaging activities that nurture whole‑child development.
• Guiding and assessing student growth in language, motor, and social skills.
• Partnering daily with families at drop‑off and pick‑up.
• Leading and supporting classroom staff with warmth and clarity.
• Upholding school policies and fostering a culture of respect and positive reinforcement.

• MN license in Birth‑Grade 3 or Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with preschool‑aged children in a childcare or education setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and a solid grasp of child development.
• Experience with differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
• Familiarity with Creative Curriculum, TS Gold, Pyramid Model, or Classroom Engagement Model a plus.

• Starting Wage: $27.04/hour
• Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑2:00 pm at the Early Learning School
• School Year 26/27
