Daikin Applied is seeking a Learning Content Developer II to create, maintain, and catalogue digital assets for Daikin Learning. The role involves working closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to develop learning solutions across e‑learning, video, audio, classroom, and infographics for highly technical engineering topics.

What you will doContent Development (75%)
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to develop learning content objects for digital and in-person delivery, including e‑learning modules, videos, PDFs, and infographics.
- Convert technical concepts and specifications into effective learning assets.
Project Management (15%)
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
Administrative/Reporting (10%)

- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience with content creation tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
Adobe suite, Articulate, Vyond; text‑to‑speech software. - Experience with technical subject matter.
- 10% travel.
- Work visa sponsorship not available.
- 4 to 6 years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe suite, Snag It, Webex, CAD, Pathway, Cornerstone, Intrepid.
- Experience designing multiple modalities such as Virtual Instructor‑Led training and e‑learning.
- Technical HVAC knowledge.
- Reporting and data analysis skills.
