Lumen Christi Catholic Primary School, Point Cook is seeking an inspiring, relational and faith-filled Deputy Principal & Faith Formation Leader to join our vibrant and growing school community. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about Catholic education, faith formation, student learning, staff development and building a strong sense of belonging and hope across a diverse community.

Working in close partnership with the Principal and Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal will play a significant role in the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the school, while also providing leadership of Catholic identity, mission and faith formation across our community.
Selection Criteria Lead with faith and purpose
As Deputy Principal and Faith Formation Leader, you will have an important role in nurturing the Catholic identity and spiritual life of our school. You will create meaningful opportunities for staff, students and families to encounter faith, deepen their understanding of the Gospel and connect faith with life. Working alongside the Principal, Religious Education Leaders and Parish, you will help ensure our Catholic mission is visible, authentic and lived every day.
