Pearce Renewables is seeking an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician to perform O&M at solar sites near Minneapolis, MN. You will handle preventative and corrective maintenance of solar equipment, document work orders and time logs, and work with electrical components using meters and testing tools.
Strong safety practices and LOTO/JHA experience are required. Local travel up to 25% is possible; candidates should live within ~50 miles of Minneapolis area.
