- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in automotive, 2W/4W, tractors, or manufacturing
- Strong exposure to supplier quality and part development
- Execute APQP and PPAP activities on schedule
- Supplier identification, development, and new part introduction
- Follow-up on part development and ensure timely closure
- Review PPAP documentation and coordinate with suppliers
- Conduct supplier onboarding, process audits, and product audits (onsite or remote)
- Analyze quality issues, perform RCA, and close corrective actions
- Supplier Quality Engineering, PPAP, Supplier Audits
- Quality tools: 7QC Tools, 8D, SPC, Gauge R&R
- MS Excel – expert
- Minitab, EtQ Reliance, and other quality systems
