- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 10 years of Automotive,2W / 4 wheeler, Tractor and Manufacturing industry experience as SQE engineer.
- On-time execution of APQP and PPAP activities as per the plan.
- Experience of Supplier identification, supplier development and New Part development.
- Follow up with suppliers in Part development in a timely manner.
- Review the PPAP documentation and co-ordinate with the supplier for timely closure of the findings.
- Conduct onsite/remote Supplier onboarding, Process and Product audits.
- Analyze quality issues, work on RCA and corrective actions closure.
- Knowledge of PPAP, Supplier Audit, 7QC Tool, 8D, SPC, Gauge R&R etc.
- Knowledge of Minitab, EtQ Reliance and other quality tools.
