The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, with leadership skills in product development and commercialization. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $220,000 along with comprehensive benefits.
